The Adana – Yüreğir Sinanpaşa Neighborhood Urban Transformation Project, executed by Bulut Yeşil İnşaat, was implemented to produce modern and safe residential areas suitable for the region’s renewed living needs. Within the scope of the project, a comprehensive urban transformation model is being applied, including 341 housing units, 28 shops, infrastructure, and landscaping works.

This project is a strategic transformation investment aimed at creating safe living spaces against earthquake risk and renewing the appearance of Yüreğir.
